Fifth Ward CRC is committed to saving your home. Please call to set-up an appointment with one of our counselors at 713-674-0175 or fill out form online and a counselor will return your call within 48 hours.

COST

We do not charge any fees for our default counseling services.

FORMS

Please fill out the following form completely and submit to Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation, in person or by fax. Also, please submit the following:

1) Your mortgage statement and any other correspondence from your lender or attorney

2) One (1) pay stub for everyone in the household and proof of any other form of income

3) Your most current bank statement

4) A hardship letter and any supporting documents

5) Most Recent Tax Return with W-2's

6) Recent Utility Bill's

Please be certain your name is on EVERYTHING you submit to us. All forms must be signed and all supporting information must be received before we can begin working your case.
